Hello,
welcome to my site.
My
name is Suzanne Howell and I’m a fully qualified and
insured holistic massage therapist. Just as the three pointed
Triquetra in the Tri-Massage logo represents mind, body and
spirit, I look to treat the person as a whole and not just
for the symptoms they present. To be truly ‘well’
our bodies need to be balanced, emotionally and physically,
but today’s fast moving pace means we have less time
to relax and unwind. Massage has been practiced for thousands
of years as a way of relieving the symptoms of tired, overworked
muscles, as well as rebalancing our bodies and minds.
Listed
below are the treatments I offer and all can be carried out
in the comfort of your own home, (with the exception of microdermabrasion),
enabling you to completely relax and feel the full benefit
of the treatment.

I’m
particularly interested in non-invasive anti-ageing treatments
that work, have immediate results and are affordable. After
researching and trying many treatments I believe I’ve
found two that are a ‘must’ for achieving the
best results: Microdermabrasion (unfortunately I’m unable
to offer this mobile) and Non-Surgical Face Lift, whether
it’s through massage or with microcurrent.. |

Non-Surgical Face Lift. Lifts, tones and plumps the muscles
of the face using tiny electrical impulses, smoothing skin and softening
fine lines and wrinkles.
To
complete my non-invasive anti-ageing treatments I also offer Diamond
Microdermabrasion. Diamond tipped wands are used to exfoliate
the skin, leaving the skin glowing and rejuvenated.
